I don’t think it’s my internet because i was able to go to the marketplace before
hello how are you, I will try to help you if you have a problem with the services it says to deactivate the online services of the save game. log out of the game and exit the game and restart the console. Then launch your game normally and put the services back online. If this really does not resolve, consider emptying the Xbox Series X system cache.
After launching the game, when checking for game updates, do you see a window written in red indicating that your connection is no longer active?
Hello!
No. I’m always online. No red warning.
I’d like to see a Market Place web browser version
Hi @TONYDARKZERO . You can add your suggestion in the wishlist.
Hi @Pooya995016, I’ve moved your topic into User Support Hub > Miscellaneous whilst other users help you troubleshoot
Two things to consider:
- Try resetting the sim’s data connection by going to MSFS Options → General → Data and turn off Online Functionality, then save, then back on, then save. This should restore all functionality. If not, then restart the sim.
- Did you recently attempt a marketplace purchase? If so you may have a stuck transaction on your account (and would need to contact the zendesk help system for assistance)
See existing wish:
Precisely the problem can be much more complex than that and this can also have a consequence on the backup in their clouds and unfortunately only a purge with repair of the profile can perhaps solve the problem and again…
Because when you have for example 600 DLC This with the duplicate bug the problem will be x2 and literally blocks the game and online operation later.
Hi @LongHaulSky . This doesn’t work.
No.
