Hello, I have come back with a update but it is not as long as 25 seconds it is alot less, here is updated information listed below coming over from another topic thinking it was a bug with MSFS SU15 Beta in regards to stuttering.
Have you disabled/removed all your mods and add-ons?
No, but still happens with no airports or addons running and just using the Fenix.
Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?

During this test Yes, but had the issue even on TAA
Brief description of the issue:
During random parts of the flight phase my sim will encounter a random sim freeze or lockup for a few seconds then recover, as shown in the video1 below you see my CPU you have very dramatic dip before then coming back and continuing on. Now this will happen a number of times during a cruise phase no matter where I am in the world.
The Second issue, Is the random freeze or lag spike on very very short final.
Now I was flying British Airways from London Heathrow to Ibiza on VATSIM using the Inibuilds Heathrow and Inibuilds Ibiza along with the Fenix. But I have also tested this prior to owning any of the sceneries and still got the same issue.
This is offline and online with VATSIM or just flying without it also.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
You can try and reproduce it by flying the BAW2KP route from EGLL-LEIB I used the following route
I spawned on Stand 526 which is a remote stand facing RWY 09R and departed off RWY 09R and then flew south cruising at 35,000ft then I got vectored around due to flying into an Event on the Network but if no ATC was on I would of flown the whole star into RWY 24 at Ibiza to then part on stand 25B.

The only thing that comes up in event viewer at these times in the 2 videos is
Warning - Incorrect function.
