I delete all the contents of these folders for a clean sim load.
1-C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Local\FlightSimulator
2-C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SceneryIndexes
3-C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Local\D3DSCache
4-C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\DXCache
5-C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Local\Temp
6-C:\Windows\Temp
Finally, I remove content.xml from this route so that it generates a clean and organized one.
(EYE ONLY DELETE content.xml)
