I’m sure there will be one like Rotate’s MD80 on X-Plane for example but very unlikely until several months, if not a year until the sim matures. Airliners are the most complex planes to model and it takes a lot of time to get them right to a near, or better yet, study level just because of all the underlying systems you have to model if you don’t want it to be just a generic airliner with an MD11 skin slapped on it, so to speak.
Consider also that this might be more of a niche plane to sell, so before that, you should expect things like 737 or airbuses rather than older airliners to come first (But yes, I do love them oldies too 
)

I Do believe TFDi has plans on bringing their upcoming MD-11 to MSFS
