16. The most common request for our air ambulance services is American citizens injured in other countries who want to come home to receive care. Typically the most common injury is trauma related.

Important: „injured in other countries who want to come home“ - Other countries are much far away than 52 miles.

This is about Air Resque with an helicopter to a nearby hospital. This is not the same as medevac is about long distances.
