MFS2020 - XBOX - Will mouse and keyboard be needed?

Initially I would like to thank the developers for working and releasing the simulator for the XBOX.
I really like the PC version, but I think it will be amazing to be able to fly using a television, sitting in the comfort of a big sofa!

I’m really looking forward to the July 27th release and would like to ask the developers if in any way keyboard and mouse use will be mandatory.

Will we be able to fly using only the XBOX controller or will the use of keyboard and mouse be mandatory? I am immensely grateful if you could clarify this issue a bit.

Thank you very much for all your work, the release of the simulator on consoles will popularize the simulation environment and the simulator itself on a world scale.

It can be controlled by your xbox controller

You can play only with an xbox controller, but I don’t see how you could control the cockpit buttons with a controller, so I think that is when you need a mouse and keyboard.

In the Last q and a they mentioned a new userinterface for the Xbox. But good to have the possibility of using mouse and keyboard.
