Update: After several attempts at setting adjustments, mod adjustments and just continuous play I believe it comes down to the MS servers having issues downloading data. After a smooth flight which became stuttering again I exited to the main menu and tried to fly again with the load screen stuck until it finally loaded with: “low bandwidth, offline mode” even though I have 500mbps tested after.
