Microsoft Asobo MSFS 2024 CL-415 no show

On 23 September 2024 I was tempted by the offer of a CL 515 Water Bomber for my MSFS 2020 and pre ordered a standard copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. My American Express card was debited NZD 119,95 on 10 November 2024. To date I have not received the code or any links or instructions as to how to download the game or the CL 515 aircraft.

I have had no success or result from any of the M S FAQ or help sites. Alternatively a refund would be acceptable so I could then go ahead and purchase the game as a transaction from the Microsoft Store.

They’re a no show once they have your money.

Don’t expect anything. I’d put a claim in with AmEx and get your cash back mate.

Does it not appear in your library when logged into the xbox app?
