Microsoft ATR installation cannot complete after ATR Common installation.
The ATR was installed for the first time successfully, but when trying to install the common ATR module, the installation cannot be completed (unpacking microsoft atr fspackage 001 … remains frozen) and I cannot find the aircraft in the aircraft library.

I tried to delete all the contents of the “community” folder, and I redid the installation but the problem still persists. it bugs at the decompression level: ATR 1.0.8.fspackage.001… 
additionally, I can’t exit msfs. I always have to quit with ctrl+alt+del
Go to the “Official” - “One Store” folder, it is found in the same location as the Community folder.
In there, delete any folders that start with “microsoft-aircraft-atr”, or any other folders marked ATR - such as you mentioned above.
Then restart the sim, and try the installation again.

Thanks for the solution, I was completely stuck. 
I have a similar problem, but on the Xbox Series X. I can’t install the “ATR Commun” file without the game crashing. Any ideas? Thanks
