So, another example of a mod causing problems being blamed on MSFS.
You guys do realize you can’t report those problems here and flame/blame MSFS for an issue caused by a modification right?

You are basing your argument on incomplete information. Go to either the 530 or 750 threads to see what is really going on, thereby stopping you from spreading inaccurate information.
In this particular case there is a workaround, and you can continue to use those mods, but you must disable the airspace messages. I’ve done that, and the mod now works without causing crashes.
That’s fine, keep snowballing those fancy worded comebacks - in the end its you and the other members in this discussion claiming/suggesting that MSFS is to blame for a mod causing CTDs that are “uninformed” and “have some reading to do.”

The Redists are installed as side-by-side dlls. So you can have multiple versions.
That was one of things you would be asked to do by support. I did, and still had crashes, which are now resolved. Since then I have updated various bits of software, so I now have the recommended 2015-2019 version installed, and handful of other versions installed, but I still don’t have those regular crashes as I did before so I left them alone.
I still get the rare crash, but these don’t happen during a flight anymore. Probably once every few weeks it might do something strange, but for the most part it is now very stable, and I no longer get that creeping dread as my flight creeps into the 2 to 3 hour mark. I can fly as long as I want now with no fear of crashing.
Interesting. Where did I “Flame” Microsoft, Asobo, or their simulation Microsoft Flight Simulator? Oh, I see… I didn’t flame them! I merely pointed out some CTD are caused by users changing their systems configuration while flying.
It’s obvious you are the person who is “FLAMED”. Might I suggest you take a break from this forum for a bit?
It would be more accurate to say “some” or “many” probably have [experienced a Ctd] rather than “most”. There’s no evidence that “most” of the millions of users are experiencing CTDs.
I can agree with that. Thank you
I am closing this now. It seems to be going off course and getting personal. There are many other topics already on CTD’s
