Good afternoon. I’m in MSFS 2024 career mode and am not seeing 1) Japan cargo mission. I have the money, credentials and have even bought the Cessna 404 to try and force the issue. 2) Grand caravan is not appearing in the market place even with over 5 million in the bank and all the required certifications and credentials. Why am I not seeing the mission or GC 208?

I have a freight company with lots of C208s and C172s, and I have no problem getting missions at Japan, as you can see (light and medium cargo):
Have you completed the first “medium cargo” mission 
For all mission types, there’s always an initial “starter” mission to complete, which appears on the map as a yellow diamond, as shown here for example, for the “Aerial Firefighting - Extended Attack” missions:
There’s a similar one for the “medium cargo” mission, but I don’t remember where it was in the world.
Until you complete this “starter” mission (in employee mode), other missions of the same type remain blocked (and you cannot buy the aircraft dedicated for this mission type).
