Not really about monitoring - its something to anticipate, to plan for, not to have to react to or apologize for or to spin - it should have been clear what the server demand was going to be and there was a tech alpha (but which showed nothing like this)

Well, Jorg and Seb, you definitely have a lot of reputation to restore, because I consider this launch even worse than 2020.
Server issues aside, which shows utterly shocking lack of preparation on the Asobo side, the Simulator itself is half baked, performance is basically worse than 2020, and Graphics seem only a slight upgrade from the 2020 (I do like the grass and ground effects though!)
If this is what we get with the âWith the Community for the Communityâ, then god help us allâŠ

Terrain and building popping looking as bad as usual.
Microsoft and Asobo ran into these problems with the release of MSFS 2020. They apparently knew of install problems with the download of the MSFS 2024 Alpha. If the people on the limited-release Alpha were having problems, what chance did those waiting for the worldwide release have? Microsoft and Asobo appear to have made NO CHANGES to the woefully inadequate server situation they created four years ago. I agree with the poor soul who was quoted today by Forbes Magazine who said, âThe name needs to be changed to âMicrosoft Loading Screen Simulator 2024.ââ

Is the information being posted on msfs twitter also available somewhere else? Because twitter/x is pretty shıt and has it made very hard for people without an account to actually read the posts there. It would be nice if it was posted here on the forums in a clearly marked area.
