Haven’t really gotten mine yet and I pre ordered the premium deluxe version in the 26th
Still haven’t gotten mine either.
Zenidesk support said they forwarded the information to Microsoft to add the CL-415 directly to my account. They said to check back in 5 days if I haven’t gotten it.
A day has passed now and still nothing. Still have hopes it will be resolved soon, It’s just disappointing this is an issue.

Did you fill out the support request?
I couldn’t find the 2024 trailer footage I was referring to, but these are the green lines I referred to from it. This image is taken with 2020, obviously.
They seemed brighter, even illuminated in the 2024 footage, which made me wonder if we have the same version to that shown in the preview. It could also have been the lighting. That image is with the sun striking the panel. Without it they are quite dull.
Not yet because I was going to check later tonight before I do anything about that

I’m new to zendesk support and I’m not sure if my ticket went through. Anyway to confirm?
I recieved a confirmation mail not long after sending the ticket.
Than it took another aprox 24h to receive the plane in msfs.
How do you like it?
I dont think there is, everytime someone asks about a manual the question is ignored
You can log in to Zendesk, and see your tickets.
Have you noticed anything odd about ‘Crash Damage’, as I have it switched on in my Assistance settings, but NeoFly4 is reporting that it is disabled?
I wonder if something might have been hardcoded into the aircraft, for testing?
