If you like Golden Age aviation from the 1930’s, Skylark is your bird.
If you like classic 1970’s and 1980’s fast 4 seater planes, the Viking is the one to choose.
If you like things that are crazy wild, experimental home builts, fast little two seaters that look like they belong in a Reno race, the Q200 is the one for you.
If you like state of the art turboprops and you loved the past concepts of Bill Lear and know a little bit about the LearFan, you will want this one. The LearAvia, in a modern interior with state of the art Avionics Suite. (Beech KingAir Avionics; G3000 system with TTF interface).
Happy Flights!

I was gonna buy T-6 Eros since the Reno sale went through today but it’s over already. I got screwed by time zones, I guess. Oh well. Saved myself $5.
They have to strike a balance between time zones; I suppose us Europeans are best placed as the sales always begin very late at night and end at 1800. That means the further west in the US you are, the earlier you have to be awake if you leave it till the last day…
Yeah, I don’t blame them, I just wish I had thought of it. I planned on buying it earlier today but was a little busy so I figured I’d be able to tonight. I think I missed it by 20 minutes. Guessing it’ll probably be a year before they’re 50% off again.
That would have helped.
Way too expensive.
I could get a bottle of milk for that price.
A small one, yes! LOL
I am gonna grab it. Sure I seen this in a museum once. < B.A. goes to check his photo albums >
EDIT: Ah, no, not at all!!
…too late:
ah well, at least it wasn’t an expensive mistake
Flysimware 414 seems to be on sale at the Marketplace. I am wondering if it is still worth the money ( waiting for the PC-12)? Other thing is the Marketplace, I have never bought anything from there
The 414 is still a decent AC. I think it is £19.99 from memory on the MP which imo is a good price. Depends really if you are comfortable spending cash on both planes. If it was one or the other though I would probably wait for the PC 12 despite the 414 being very good.
Regarding the MP I am not a fan for many many reasons but so far at least I have not yet had to contact support over the last 3 1/2 years. Updates are slow though and some AC files are locked which is a minus point if you want to mod them. Really don’t buy much on there tbh although I make exceptions for really good AC.
Flysimware have a website. Maybe have a look on there first before buying on the MP to see if there are any offers. They do have discounts on there too occasionally.
Unless you’re on Xbox , then you’re stuck with the marketplace
I really don’t have an issue with the MP. Sure, updates are slow but it’s not like we never get them — we just have to wait a week or three longer than PC simmers.
My only issue with it is this ‘two strikes and you’re out’ policy for refunds, which gives unscrupulous or greedy devs the opportunity to sell poor/unfinished products. I thought the MP delays were to enable MS/Asobo to weed out the bad stuff but clearly some of it is still getting through!
Got Friends is having their Black Friday sale… 50% off!
Everything they sell is great (I have it all except the payware version of the glider), but the Wilga and F4F Wildcat are among my favorite MSFS planes. Highly recommended.
