Microsoft Store Package Dependency Installer always popup when I start the game

I have a problem with my MSFS game. When I start the game I always get Microsoft Store Package Dependency Installer always popup.

Before I installed MSFS, I did a clean install off Windows 11.
So why do I always get this pop before I can play the game. I did not have any off this problem before I did a new W11 Install. Why do I get it now all the time.

Run it as administrator once. See if that fixes it.

Has already tried it. But its same problem.
