Microsoft Support Problem

Its a shame,Everyone including myself expected
to get support when we bought msfs 2020.Well we
got a product without any support or tech. assistancecalled back another time and waited an hour
I called the other day and they said they would call
me back ,they never did,I called another time they
transfered to someone more advanced ,I waited over an hou
an hour,I finally got tired of holding and hung up.
If it wasnt for people like you trying to make a go
of this msfs we would not have anything.I have had
a problem with something in mine for a month
now and need help on ,but so far none.It dosnt
seem like we should haft to fix this sim ourselves
looks like they would give us a little support. For one
I would have never bought msfs if I had kown there
was no support,Thanks for all of YOU OUT THERE
FOR HELPING,CORCKY 37

MI
Thanks,Cpt
.In my opinion they need to get all aircraft fixed like they should be.For instance you click on AP
or any thing else should have a light in it when you click it with having to look at flight manager to see if it’s on or not, normally I haft to zoom it in so I can see it
.Another thing is a radio that you can program your.
self. And there many other things they need to fix
We have enough scenery to do us for a long time…Good Luck in your flying.

There is just about no support. Microsoft is only interested in how much money they can make out of MSFS2020 and I bet Asobo only wish they did not take up the challenge to make a new Flight Simulator for Microsoft.

Hi Grumpy, corcky 37 here, thanks for the reply,I think you are right, would you buy a new car if it had no warrenty, and they told you when you drive it out the door ,it was all your resposibility I think not,Good Luck tO you,THANKS for the reply

Can you please cool down a bit and describe what problems you experience with this simulator?
Or even better: use the search function ( magnifier button) in the top row of this page first.
The support link in the toprow will bring you to the MS support page in which you can search as well.
Good luck and happy :small_airplane:

I think the problem is that individual issues are paling into insignificance compared with the instability of the game in general. All too often one small fix can have knock on effects to something seemingly entirely unrelated. In other games support staff’s job is usually to circumvent a client side issue to enable it to work with an otherwise fairly stable infrastructure. Unfortunately that’s not usually the problem in MSFS and the individual, or non general, issues more often than not get fixed by the community or else third party mods.

OK 1234,My problem is every time I get my vc fixed like I want it and when I move my mouse my vc goes into another configuration. It might show the console on the bottom ,it might show the upper part of the cockpit and so on,.Maybe you can help me with my problem,if you could that would be great.Ive tried contacting Ms, general discussion and no help so far ,Good luck to you too

Well… if your VC ( Virtual Cockpit I presume?) is screwed by your mouse, I’d try to clear each and every keybind, related to your mouse and build it from the ground up…
Or, and that is also a possible cause, there are conflicts with keybinds on other connected peripherals such as your keuboard, throttle, stick etc…
Note that you can create profiles for every individual plane in your hangar and save it under a recognisable name.
Hopefuly you’ll get the simcontrols up and running soon :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks for the comments,GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALWAYS

Thanks maby I’ll get it fixed one DAY GOOD LUCK TO YOU MY FRIEND

Pretty strong accusation that.

Not saying you are wrong or sticking up for the MP at all (refuse to buy there tbh) but wondering how you know this to be true.

Hi corcky37. Hope you are okay :slightly_smiling_face:

My question wasn’t directed at you (and there is no need for you to apologise) but to xSpankyHam. I was just wondering how he/she came to that conclusion.

Anyway, please take care and good luck to you too.

Happy flying :slightly_smiling_face::slightly_smiling_face:

You have a valid point there.
Support is a disaster, Zendesk is totally incompetent. I have a ongoing mail discussion with Zendesk they simply don’t really read what you send them. And therefore react inadequate. I will publish these conversations here someday it is just getting more hillarious every reply i get.

Sorry for the problem you had with the call to support. Official Support for MSFS can be found here:
