Hi,
Love the 310!
Maybe this has been written somewhere before in this thread, but with nearly 1000 entries, I could not find it.
My issue is with the altitude preselect. When pushing the altitude preselect ARM button, I get no confirmation that the altitude preselect is actually armed, resp. working.
Below is a picture of the Bendix KAP-140 manual, which shows the ALT ARM annunciation after pushing the ARM button. Could this be incorporated into the Milviz C-310R?
Thank you in advance!

At present, we’re using the default KAP140.
Hi @Krazycolin ,
Thank you for your quick response!
Are you able to modify the existing default KAP-140 so that the ALT ARM annunciation will show up?
It’s unlikely as we’d then have to modify all of the other “incorrect” aspects of it.
We’ve discussed this internally and, given that most of the people using this sim have now used and know the existing “incorrect” KAP140, modding it to be “correct” would likely cause a flood of complaints that’s it’s no longer working like it should. (Eg: as it does in all of the other aircraft that have a KAP140…)
For now, we will fix all of the other bugs and put out a Service Pack as soon as we can. We’re working on that this week… no promises on when it will be out but we’re hoping it will be soon.
I believe there is a KAP140 mod on flight sim.to and GitHub that aims for a more accurate modelling of its functionality. Perhaps you should check that out?
HERE is the GitHub link to said mod. I haven’t seen it on Flightsim.to though. It works really well.
I thought Milviz had seen this and were going to come up with something similar? Maybe I misread that in another forum.
Hi,
Thank you for the Github link! However I am completely lost when looking at this Github page. I cannot find he actual download link for version 1.07 of the zip or rar file for the KAP-140.
Maybe someone could help me out?
Thank you!
Go to releases:
Ps: use of the mod is at your own risk. I don’t think Milviz will give support for AP issues if you use it. Btw, I use it as well and I am happy with it.
Hi,
Thank you so much for this link!
I will try it out and see what will happen.
Best wishes.
If you want the offline TDS just delete or move tds-gtnxi-gauge at the community folder.
I use it that way for my Air Manager panel at the second monitor.
Regards
Thanks a lot. That would make am enormous improvement for me.
So as i understood from the manual, each livery is treated as an individual separate plane when individualization/realism/owned are turned ON and therefore the systems etc will degrade based on that specific livery, correct?
Hi,
@PredTD : Thank you again for the link! This works perfect for me and makes the 310 even more enjoyable!
@Krazycolin: Thank you for your frank and straightforward explanation!
Correct, that’s how it works.
What a great concept, except eventually filling the hangar with liveries from flightsimto will defeat the realism, unless i’'m Elon Musk ![]()
Not sure why you say that… adding liveries will not change the realism settings if those liveries are added properly…
I’m talking finances wise, if we’re assuming money spent on different paints aka a new plane (as in real life) is considered realism as well. Has nothing to do with your great effort and your great addon.
In other words, i was joking ![]()
It’s nice to see the water bottle on the floor go from side to side when you turn… I sometimes try to keep it still by controlling my turns just for fun lol … nice addition to MSFS. It’s a matter of time before we see a REX dirty cockpit addon for sale ![]()
When i saw the water bottle and trash on the floor in one of the liveries on FSTO, i was ■■■■■■ because i thought i found all the easter eggs and how did i miss this one. Turned out it needs to be dirty for those to show up lol.
