Xbox update 6 scheduled for 19th October. Hopefully runway should be visible after that.

Before posting my cry for help, I did already exactly the installation as your described. As read however in another post, the whole problem should be solved in the 16th october release. Hopefull this will resolve the issue without installing the Greek Airport v5 update.

Fixed it on xbox x but now kopaida if not there any more. So still can’t complete the trip. Was so happy for 30 mins to be disappointed

I just came across the same bug on Xbox. After Sim Update 6, Leg 12 finally completed at Misselonghi. I proceeded to fly leg 13 but the landing at Kopaida was not registering as completed.
I found a workaround by restarting the previous leg (Leg 12, Aktion to Missolonghi), and flying leg 12 and 13 again in their entirety. I think this cleaned up my save file as the landing at Kopaida registered completed. I’m now able to start Leg 14.

Did you land on LGSO? I’ve just made it and nothing happend. Airport is visible on the map but finishing leg wasn’t triggered after stoped on runway. Is there someone else with this same issue??
Xbox: with the new SU6 fix I resumed leg 12 (probably standing on the “old grass” field LGMS) and it instantly finished it.
Was able to finish the next leg 13 LGAK also without any problems.

where did you land exactly for the LGAK leg? I landed on the almost invisible runway, but within its limits and nothing happens…
it’s a heading 90° grass runway.
To be honest, I landed on a deep grass strip nearby on my first attempt and then checked with the G1000 that I am off
I´m happy , after the last Update LGMS was OK , and CHECKED. Didnt continue till now and I can´t believe that there´s another Bug waiting …grrrr

okay, now it gets even stranger: I had no problems to finish leg 12 and 13 but now stuck on 14. 
Same issue, it cannot recognize and trigger the finish, regardless where I stop or land on LGSO.
Before: I had to restart leg 14 from within airborn, due to a freeze bug of MSFS, may be this is one reason, the navlog is usually scrambled after those resumes.

Same for me. I landed on Leg 14, got the spinning wheel for a few seconds making me think it was loading the completion screen, then nothing happened. Taxi’d around the airport looking for a trigger point.
I’m going to try re-flying both 13 and 14 (on autopilot!) to see if it triggers.
Very frustrating as it’s my last bush trip to complete before 100%.

I just got Leg 14 to trigger, but only by replaying the entire bush trip from Leg 1 without returning to the main menu. This was made possible using the Quick Resume feature of the Xbox.
Hoping to finally complete this trip today.
Just finished the trip. Got the Balkans achievement, returned to menu and it now shows 0% complete!
The list of legs has also disappeared from the right hand side of the screen.
Tried loading one of the legs from the thumbnails, but have no nav log or options menu at the top.
