Missing aircraft cabins

Hi all,
I have been having issues with some of my products recently in that when I zoom out in exterior mode, the cabin disappears and the windows go completely see-through. This has most notably been happening on my latinVFR short-haul fleet (A320ceo and A321neo) and my ATRs. This hasn’t happened on any other aircraft but is persistent in that it happens every single time, and even after removing myself from the SU15 Beta, deleting and reinstalling the products and restarting the game, I still can’t seem to find an answer. It’s quite annoying seeing as I have spent a lot of money on these products and for them to glitch like this is really irritating, especially given that I haven’t had then for very long. If it isn’t fixable, could I at least receive a refund given that these add-ons are expensive? I play on Xbox if that helps. Let me know if you have any ideas as to what might be the issue and how to fix it.

I thought when the plane looks hollow in exterior mode, it’s a sign of the sim trying to optimize it self for better performance to prevent a CTD. Basically the Xbox is running low on memory. But it’s interesting that you received this error on the current Beta 1.37.15 also, because more memory is supposed to be Available on the Xbox.

Ah ok thanks, but is there anything I can actually do? This is something persistent, both on and off the beta.
