Missing Approach Data with Latest Airarc Cycle

Anyone else notice that most of the time the approach data is missing with this airarc? I fly lots of airline routes and I see lots of issues with this cycle. Lets not talk about the broken waypoints and approaches but for this moment the missing data in the FMC combined with no charts is going to make it pretty hard to fly airliners. The best bet at this moment is to screenshot your navdata and work with it. This goes for all airplanes right now though.

If I remember correctly SU7 was originally going to be an airliner update. I hope stuff like this finally gets sorted in SU7 though as it applies to all avionics and planes GA or Airliners. That data should not be missing in the FMC. This also ties into the broken ATC and it should be fixed as ATC will never be able to give correct assignments if the planes are all missing data. We absolutely need those altitude assignments and the radio propagation for our approach data.

Kind of curious if people injecting Navigraph are having the same issues. Again I am only testing the stock sim and planes but constantly missing approach data. Ironically my departure info seems to usually be there. I tend to look at the Navdata before the flight and check the TOD and GS etc. No where in the sim can I see the ILS anymore before the flight. Unless it propagates the FMC properly and shows all my approach data and radio frequency.

Be nice if the Nav log actually showed my Navdata and assigned altitudes with ILS info.

I also noticed that some procedures (which existed before) are missing.

So I searched in the aviation websites and these procedures are still active, so the problem is just in-game. I have no idea what could have happened.

Navigraph data is far more complete and accurate than the stock MSFS data. I’m sure like any dataset, it has errors and omissions as well, but I’ve yet to personally find any, whereas I’ve found MANY in the stock data in the first few months after launch. It’s actually the shocking regularity with which I found missing or incorrect stock data that pushed me to subscribe to Navigraph in the first place. I haven’t looked back since.

I’m sure stock data has improved drastically since those early days, but seeing the number of posts on this subject that regularly pop up, I’m guessing they still have a long way to go.

It depends on which part of the world you tend to fly.

With NavBlue’s AIRAC now getting regular supplements from FAA data, there’s closer parity to Navigraph for CONUS flyers.

For the rest of the world, Navigraph still reigns.

There is still the issue of the stock database showing the assigned altitudes in the Navdata pre flight menu. So the information is there, it is just not being transferred to the aircraft correctly. Same for radio frequency in some cases. This information should also be made available on a navlog menu or something the user can recall during flight as a band-aid solution to the problem. That way they can still see the assigned altitudes and ILS /RNAV etc

have navigraph & latest cycle…it also shows up to date in FMS. this problem is in all planes. didnt have problems before SU6 that i knew about, but this cycle somthing got screwed up, although navigraph charts & data are there…it is not being picked up by msfs. i.e. KORD (Chicago)…no star & KBWI (Baltimore …no sid, realy cant get on vatsim like this. I’m only mentioning a few airports
