Missing Deluxe and Premium Deluxe Content on x box x

After install on x box x the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe content not showing for install. This is the extra aircraft and airports from these versions. I have all version licences too.

Have you downloaded the content in Marketplace / content manager?

The install just installs the standard edition, regardless of the license. Once installed you go to content manager to install the additional content.

Thanks for your help. I have installed the Deluxe and Premium upgrades but still not seeing the additional aircraft in marketplace.

When you finished the purchase, did you go to your Content Manager in the sim (as mentioned above) and complete the installation?

Yes i did the extra content does not show. Except when i turn off online functionality then go back to content it shows all my extra content is installed roughly 527 items. I tried a flight with the 787 all works until i try to go back to the main menu by pressing the ESC key ang nothing happens. I am stuck in the flight. Quitting the sim and rebooting x box is the only way to get back to normal. Then the content only shows roughly 55 items. I have no idea why this happens.

Very strange. Like you i am using X box x so no addons apart from marketplace purchases. I am now installing the content manager which still only gives me 55 items. On my PC all are available to use. Must be a link from X Box to server or something similar thats gone wrong. I have a ticket raised maybe it can be sorted soon.

If you are not opposed to reinstalling content, you could clear Reserved Space and see if that fixes it.

Here is the process:
• Press Xbox “Nexus” (aka Home) button
• Highlight MSFS
• Press Menu
• Select Quit and press A
• Press Menu
• Select Manage game and add-ons
• Highlight Saved Data & press A
• Highlight Reserved Space & press A
• Select Clear Reserved Space

Just done that. Now need to load the content again. Lets see if it works.

I can now see 227 items that need installing. But this has happened earlier. As soon as i quit the sim and then start it again i will be back to less content i reckon. Anyway i am going to leave it running and install everything i can first and wait.
