For a faster solution try Landmarks of Moscow pt. 1 or 2. It’s a free mod available at flightsim.to

I installed both and it is a vast improvement in the quality of the scenery. A lot of details, like exhaust chimneys are there. Not only are the cooling towers present - they’re even the right color with the correct markings.
