Missing Latecoere 631

I purchased the Latecoere 631 from the online market place and installed it.I flew it 3 times and each time my computer rebooted, the longest flight time achieved was about 6/7 minutes on the third flight. I now cannot find the aircraft in my hangar even though it shows as installed in the contents manager. I’ve not had this sort of trouble before.

I chose to boot the sim in normal mode and the latecoere 631 was back.
