Brief description of the issue:

I get notification on main menu saying I have missing packages. When i go ahead click yes to download them it says I cannot run game without them and if i click no it will say the same on next launch.
I keep re-downloading the game as there is always something wrong with it like crashing on start up. I meet the requirements for the game the pc is up to date so is the game. I have done research on how to fix this and only temporary things work until they don’t
