As the only way to add such things is by using the SDK, I have moved your thread to the SDK “interests” forum.
There are some tips on using the SDK in #community-support:sdk-tutorials
Alternatively you could visit a site like flightsim.to and see if there is a free add on for the airport you want “enhanced”, in case someone has already spruced up the airfield.
