Missing Runway and Taxiway Lights

List attached and see the airports listed below. This is has carried over from MSFS2020 and it would be nice to get the lighting fixed.

KPEO
PAPI in the taxiway along runway 01-19
Runway 10-20 Elevation seems inverted. 10-28 IRL is lower that 01-19, please fix the elevation so that this match MSFS 2020.

KIUA
Still missing ALL lighting on runway and taxiway.

Elevation is still backwards here. so sad this is why i only try the game on gamepass and not buy it because they have yet to make some stuff the way it should be
