I’m assuming the airport data is based on the pre new terminal at MCI. The old 3 horseshoe configuration is no longer there and has been replaced by a single terminal. It certainly seems as though they have not updated that data.

I also have noticed that the approach plates are out of date and don’t include the new approaches to the 19L runway,

Yeah, it’s right for the one on the left, but not for the other two.
They have 2 rounded ones and a new more classic one.

The screenshots are taken from the one to the right and there should be a rounded one but the hole Terminal building is missing. Also for the middle one.

I believe the old terminals have been demolished. Work began back in July and should be finished by now. The jetways and the parking spots need to be removed from the sim.

There is a free KMCI update on flightsim.to that adds the new terminal complex and (I assume) removes the old terminals. I am going by the description of the package - I have not yet tried it myself.

Yes, I have it and it works.

Not sure why no one understands my point.

I’m aware that they build a new terminal, but as I know they only replaced one of the rounded, old ones. In the screenshot you can see my position I was and the new building as well. But there are actually two rounded terminals left so there is really missing the building of the rounded ones.
