If you are referring to the tool bar at the bottom of the world map screen…I confirm that , it disappears when you press Fly. However ,this also happen when you do and load a new flight plan on world map. After pressing Fly the tool bar disappears. This is not a problem for me. The main concern is related to the drop down menu with reduced functionalities and other issues after loading a saved flight.
