ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Finished a 30 minute career mission. I landed and started braking. The moment I switched from cockpit view to external view, “An unexpected error occurred”. This is the second consecutive time this happened on same mission. The first time it happened was right when it was transitioning from the sightseeing portion to the approach entrance.

No mods/add-ons
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Two times in a row. Not trying this mission again.

Native settings, except I did switch from TAA to AMD in graphics
