and it happened again…another hour of my life lost to this POS
this marks the end of my time with this sim…why should i risk to fly a longer flight if it just throws me out whenever it feels like
Same on me just happened after achieving night certification. Either flight (cargo light, parachute etc) crash in flight. Tried with my last credits the licence of tailwheel, after finishing same fault. Now I’m out of credits and can’t do anything. Stay now at foto-flying unfortunately

Exact same situation as OP aside from my flight being a lot longer. I just FINISHED a 10.5 hour flight. As soon as it came time to shut the engine down, POOF. I get this error code. 10 and a half hours down the drain. 10.5 hours of human life evaporated, that’s just in this instance, collectively it has been DAYS with this pre-alpha build of a “finished,” product that I paid around $140 USD for. I feel like a crazy person right now. I’d love to express myself right now, but that would be a guaranteed banning.
What even is this?

I’ve found a way to consistently reproduce this:
- Be in flight at 00:00 UTC
I’m just guessing here but I assume that since that’s when passive pay is calculated, the game might be trying to kick us out.

Once again, I experienced an error after being airborne for 1.5 hours. The incident occurred at 11:44 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. This error resulted in significant time wastage. The frequency of these errors is becoming increasingly frustrating. I am unable to fully utilize my $200 software due to these recurring crashes.
Lost 2 hours of progress for nothing. This infuriates me beyond most things.
Couldn’t announce taxi after landing, only skip, after skipping I get this error message and get thrown out without ANY progress.
Fix your “simulator”. Because my blood preassure you give me will probably be the end of me. There is so many bannable words I’d want to use right now.
I have had some of these 309 errors mid flight … usually after Ive been flying for quite a while 
given these errors are obviously being detected by the software, what Id like to see/know is
a) are these being sent back to the server - so the dev knows they are occurring.
b) Id like to see a list of these codes, and what the meaning is.
e.g. some may means issues with net streaming, or issues with vram allocation etc.
c) unexpected error → mission compensation.
its bad enough that our flights are being interrupted to we cannot complete.
but why dont you at least give us the credits/xp (or a portion of).
its not like its the pilots/players fault that these errors occur 
as a dev, im familiar with these kinds of ‘unexpected error logs’, you usually put them in to the code to fire when code is not in the state you expect. kind of like ‘assertions’. so the errors will be easy to track back by the devs.
I’ll admit, for this reason (b) is unlikely to happen for all errors, but it would be nice if the devs, gave us some info about the common ones we are seeing… and if there is anything the user can do to help avoid (e.g. graphic/networking settings)

I’m a game developer at large game company in NC, so I usually have some empathy for developers across the board since we all can relate how it is to work for the corporate world.
I have played 4 missions and would get the same error code everyone else gets only mine is at the start before I even step foot in the plane.
I can not get pass a reputation C due to this ridiculous bug where I end up getting half a grade docked for no reason.
No way did this get approved or passed by QA. Obviously pushed out by higher ups. Although the community team on here will never admit it.
The least they can do is acknowledge they are working on the larger bugs we are all dealing with. I mean heck, even the dang coffee pot doesn’t load up half the time in the pilots room in career mode. How was the LOD stuff missed as well??
Please fix this, i can’t do a flight anymore without this issue, so i can not progress in the game, still stuck with delivery missions of the Cessna, and i think there are more fun missions i can’t wait to play 5(if microsoft ever could fix this) because now there is no point in playing these missions, without having the credits and experience points from it…
I’ve had it on 50% of freelance career flights, thankfully usually very early on (lining up, or on the climb).
I’m not attempting any more freelance career flights until this is fixed.
It does not happen if repair & refuel applied to a non- freelance career mission (at least not yet any way).
I am having a similar issue. First mission in my new career as a freelance, and I keep getting this crash code. After reading all of the posts, I was indeed playing right around midnight, so hung it up for the night and tried again today around 3pm. Still crashing before I can even take off. Doesn’t matter if I use refuel/repair or not, increase sim rate or not, I am at a standstill on my career mode now. Just updated my graphics card driver last night too to make sure.

• i get this on every career mission (freelance) not played it since begining of december and after reading comments this still hasnt been fixed the annoying thing is the game takes xp and upto 40000 credits off you every time it has an unexpected error meaning it was / is unplayable which for a product of more than £150 is not good.
This is totaly unacceptable!! 4 5hr 30 mins amedium cargo flights have crashed st the end of them! Not only is that a HUGE loss of time but NO money gained, NO reputation gained, Nothing! Im now down roughly 20 hours, 4 MILLION CREDITS AND MILLIONS REPUTATION!!
Game sucks. Thats it for me. Ill be telling the WORLD to avoid this buggy, shocking game.
MONTHS THUS HAS BEEN HAPPENING AMD JUST LIKE MOST PROBLEMS. NO HURRY TO FIX AS PEOPLE ALREADY GIVEN YOU THE MONEY.

Think i’m done with this game, i’ve never in my life had to raise this many bug reports for a AAA game that’s not even a pre-release. What a joke
Just had a 6.5 hour 737 Flight bug out because i (stupidly) tried to skip the last taxi to parking.

Yes,Ferry flight in 737 Max - Whole flight was bugged, wouldn’t let me communicate IFR no matter what i did in comms, pushback wouldn’t work, when i finally landed, I tried to skip to parking because the comms for parking wouldn’t work either. Upon loading got this screen and nothing for my time.
