ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
The mission difficulty star rating seems to be strictly linked to the mission type.
It does not show an overall difficulty regardless of the mission category (cargo, VIP, airliner, etc), which it should do in my opinion.
Only the extra red dot allows to identify if strong winds or crosswinds are to be expected.
From my observations so far :
Airliner missions are 3 stars with easy weather conditions, VFR, long approaches and lengthy runways.
VIP missions are 1 star with potentially much worse conditions.
Last VIP mission I had was 1 star with Vision Jet with serious IFR conditions landing on a grass runway, no lighting on ground, at the bottom of a valley between 2 mountains.
This VIP mission was definitely more challenging and fun to complete (had to go around and try landing again) than the typical airliner ones.
If landing a 737 at an international airport with good weather is 3 stars, that VIP mission should have been at least 4 stars.
Nobody would believe a cargo mission to Lukla would be 1 star difficulty while landing a 737 in Paris 3 stars difficulty.
My suggestion is to change the star rating to take into account the difficulty of the terrain, weather conditions, runway type/length compared to plane specifications at departure and arrival. Each mission category (search rescue, cargo transport, etc) could have a risk associated, affecting the difficulty.

Depends on take off / landing areas, terrain and weather conditions
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Look in career mode at the star rating of missions to mountain areas as they will be the most obvious requiring to land at altitude airport or at bottom of valleys
- Compare to star ratings of missions to flat and urban areas
