I have auto mixture off and I have no binds on joystick or any other devices set to control mixture. When I attempt to adjust the mixture lever with mouse in the cockpit. I get an up or down arrow and the lever jumps from wide open to almost cutout. I can’t make any incremental adjustments. Is this expected behavior? I think it should have more adjustment range, other than basically rich or lean. The throttle and prop pitch levers work fine with mouse, I can move them to any position, mixture gives me basically three options 100%, very lean or cutoff. I guess I’m asking should I be able to move the mixture the same way I move the pitch and throttle? Thanks!
Which aircraft?
Was it a turbo prop by chance which only has high and low idle?

It is the Cessna Grand Caravan which is a turbo prop.
