Is it possible to do modelmatching in MSFS itsself. I got most common Boeing, Embraer, Airbus and CRJ’s but I want to use the 737-800 also for the 737-700 and the A319 for a A318. This without copying the whole airplane directory of them.
I’d say good luck with that, I cannot even get model matching to work when i fly with friends in the same plane. LOL, its like I’m dog-fighting and formation flying with A320’s and Beechcraft’… LOL
Well it works fine, but sometimes a not so common aircraft arrives and then MSFS uses a generic model.
So I’ve model matching for a CRJ-700 and CRJ-900 and CRJ-X(1000) but for a CRJ-100 I also want to use the CRJ-700 etc.
It is a shame that you can’t place two or more icao_type_designator s in an aircraft.cfg
