OP is effectively asking if they can create their own for profit arcade using Flight Simulator. The EULA almost certainly prohibits this using the original license.
But where actually is the EULA? Coming up empty here looking in Flight Simulator itself and the forums. It was probably displayed on the install, and then buried in a folder somewhere?
This only displays information about the third party software that Flight Simulator uses…
…which might even be a bug. I’d think they’d put the EULA for the game in there.
