Monitor / card/ resolution question

I’m looking to buy a new curved monitor but I’m really not sure if I’m better of staying with 1920x1080 or upgrading to 2560 x 1440 QHD Resolution? system pushes this new sim very well. here’s the specs.
AMD Ryzen 9 3900x 12 core 3.79 Ghz 64gib of ram the GPU is a Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 super 16gb.

will it struggle to push the sim at the higher resolution? is it even worth it to go with 2560 X 1440?

My 2060super is doing just ok with 1440p you should have no issues with a 2080super on 1440p.The upgrade from 1080p to 1440p is absolutely worth it imo.You won’t go back to 1080p.That res fits the 2080super perfectly.

Go to the 1440P… you’ll never look back.
I’m driving two of them (a 1440x2560 and a 3440x1440) and I’m running a 2070 Super, so you should be fine.
