Monitor help!

So I am struggling. I have been playing fs2020 on my Legion y540 laptop that has an i5 with a rtx 2060. I decided to get a desktop with a 10th gen i7 and an rtx 2070 super. Been mostly a laptop gamer. I like FPS so I decided to upgrade to a desktop. However … now I have no idea which monitors to get. Do I go multiple or one big one. I mainly use fs2020 and occasionally will play BFV. My budget is around 300-500.

What monitor or monitors should I get?

I used to fly P3D and I had double monitors. When I decided to switch to FS2020 I went to a single side monitor. Personally I think I prefer the wide monitor. I use TrackIR so I can look around. Everyone is different though. Now at work I have a double monitor set up and wouldn’t do without it.
