You will be getting less pixels than you have already…the same horizontally, but considerably less vertically. I doubt you’d be happy with the results. “Gaming monitor” or “gaming” anything else is just marketing jargon.
If you want a 49", IMHO you need to spend the additional bucks and get the Samsung successor (or similar) to the one you are looking at which is 5120x1440.
Once again, the monitor you have is pretty ■■■■ good for running MSFS. The only place to go from where you’re at is to a 4K monitor, and your 2070s won’t like that!
