Its a day 0 issue. The render spheres for moon and stars are closer than some clouds. See stars and the moon floating in front of nearby clouds under daylight (Zoom in, search near the moon).
It is not adressed to be fixed soon because of a handful of bean counters, the majority of user dont care about. I try to ignore it meanwhile, although this is not easy, you know
