Why are failures only limited to the engine? FSX was far superior as a pilot tool. This thing is more like a game for non pilots. Very disappointed after waiting so long, building a computer just to run it, and watching and listening to all the hype. No wonder Rod Machado didn’t do the flight training on this version. Hope somebody at Asobo is listening. The weather is also disappointing. You can’t set to IFR minimums or random weather.

I haven’t even looked at failure yet, but I’d be REALLY surprised if you can’t fail other systems like alternators/generators, flaps/gear, etc. Especially when it comes to cockpit systems. Pitot/static, vacuum systems, as well as individual instruments, were all available for failure in other sims for the last 20+ years. Maybe because this sim is so heavily focused on glass cockpits, they didn’t think it was worth the effort?
You should look in the wishlist, there are many items which have very little votes that are worth supporting!
