All of the audio chatter on my flights is a monotone female voice. This includes the Pilot, the co-Pilot and ATC. I believe it’s something to do Azure. A couple of times I’ve lost connection to Azure during a flight and got a pop up message. From that moment the voices were much better and more authentic relative to the region that I was flying in.
Is there a way to improve the quality, accents, variety and localisation of the ATC and pilot voices?

The bottom line is that both Azure and Offline have a limited set of voices to draw upon, and partially is reliant upon the default Language Pack a user has loaded in their Windows installation.
