Mouse non-functional in cockpit

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Suddenly my mouse is no longer able to interact with cockpit controls. When mousing over you can see description and such but left-clicking or rolling mouse-scroll has no impact.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
This is a fresh install with no mods/add-ons

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Always even after reinstall

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. open FS2024
  2. Load any plane in Free Flight
  3. Note mouse has no effect on any knobs or instruments

What peripherals are currently plugged in? Please name all of them as there could be a potential conflict.
I tried with my Turtle Beach plugged in, but also tried with no peripherals and mouse is still non-functioning.

• Yes. Exact same issue. Mouse does not work for freelook in cockpit view.

• Also have the Turtle Beach Flightdeck system.

@OsageCowboy Did you ever figure anything out? It feels strange that this topic has received no response at all

I figured it out. Settings/General/Flight Interface
cockpit interaction settings should be legacy

Getting there…I’ve tried this and it did take away the craziness with the right click. Now the mouse moves and at least I don’t have to press the right click by mistake on flight and camera going crazy. I used the hat switch in velocity one.
Ok so when I go back to the settings it still says LOCK, it won’t go to legacy after saving. This might just be the solution …
