Hi, had to re-install from scratch. (the 92 GB version) - Now i lost control for Mouse after a few clicks.
Highlights the button, but no click possible. Have to shut down FS. An Idea???
Thx Peter
If it’s wireless, change the battery? If wired, check the connection?
Its wireless, replaced Battery – same problem. If I click on ‘select folder’ (WIN Dialog) > Crash

Mousecrash
That weird… I could not re-create. Perhaps trying making a new folder like “RollingCache” and selecting that instead. Maybe change the language, but that wouldn’t make much sense. Is that the only control you click that causes the mouse to go nuts?
What happens if you go another place inside MSFS with a similar dialog, e.g. load a flight plan…
Last time I saw things like this happen was 1993, Windows 3.11 didn’t know this feature was still in
What I did back then… Does it restore, when you go Windows, start Notepad, click File Open, load something, then leave Notepad and go back to MSFS ?
Problem exists also on other Load Dialogs. (e.g. Flight Plan) Does not restore if i open Notepad (works)
Computer was installed from scratch, as well as FS. Before this FS works well.
I forgot: This problem exists also in the installer. If i Want to change the Install-Path i can select another path, and that’s it. No more mouse interaction possible.
NOW I INSTALL FS AGAIN - without any changes. I’ll be back
After re-install of FS the problem persists. Now i un-installed Windows Update KB5003690 and after a first test the mouse is working as before. Do more tests tomorrow
