Move MSFS display from primary/low resolution screen to high-resolution screen?

I have just installed GeForce 511.23 driver and have upset my MSFS display. Windows 11 correctly uses my low res screen (primary display at 1080p), but MSFS now also uses it.
How do I ensure that MSFS always uses the hi-res 4k screen?
