Is there any way to move a MSFS2020 Microsoft Store Installation to Steam Installation?
MsFs2020 is on sale right now in Steam and I’m currently using GamePass.

Pay again on Steam.
I know this is not the answer you want to read, but AFAIK there is no way to change a MS-Store purchase to a Steam purchase.
No, there is not, and as well, any Marketplace items you may have purchased would not be compatible with Steam either.
em…I’m talking about Moving the installation folder so I do not have to re-download the whole thing again.
Marketplace items are not useable between MS and Steam.
As they are installed in the One-Store folder, which is the main sim folder, I rather doubt that you could do that.
