As you, I also have an excellent experience with MSFS, no crashes or other issues.
My PC is a I9 10900K / GPU 3080 / 32 GB RAM and upgraded to Win11 12 days ago (automatic updated by windows update) , running smooth, no stutters, spikes or CTD. Sim is running great mainly after last update.
