MS store won’t update

Hi all

Scratching my head here. Trying to help someone who has the MS Store version of the sim but his version is still on the old version.

Have tried ensuring windows is up to date which it is but he has got no option to install the latest update nothing showing in Ms store either to force the download. Have logged out and back in on the store itself still no update.

Any one got any ideas.

With active sim go to your gamer tag and select logout.
shut down the sim and restart the pc. After lauching the sim you should get a login popup from Xbox; log in with your credentials and let it run. The moment you get “Checking for updates” you should get the update screen. (Remember if your account is on the Insider Hub or Game Pass) If no luck, update the Xbox app(s)
