MSFS 2020 Down Again

For the third time since MSFS 2024 has rolled out, MSFS 2020 is experiencing loading issues that have lasted for more than a day. The sim in unable to load on line. Only off line operation is available. Opening sim through the xbox app creates a “We weren’t able to load all options” message. If you try to directly open MSFS 2020, it creates a “can’t sync” message. This disaster is similar to outages that occurred on November 30 and Janaury 11. Let’s get this fixed people.

3 minutes from double-clicking FS2020 (Steam) to Main Menu. Just now. I’m wondering if you’re having network issues accessing the sim.

Cannot access any online content. No photogrammetry. Can’t sync data. No Marketplace.

Hello @MadManMurdoc101,

All online functionality in MSFS (2020) including photogrammetry and the Marketplace appears to be working properly for me. Please double check that you have the Online Functionality setting enabled. Sometimes this setting can set itself to OFF if your internet connection was temporarily disrupted while playing.

I’ve noticed a few oddities this evening. There was a content update and then the A300 was loading up in various stages of startup with some buttons not working at all. Then tried the A20N v2 and it didn’t load the flight plan - just went direct from departure to destination with no waypoints

I have checked that, including cycling it OFF and ON. Thank you for the suggestion. I’m still down.

I had the same problem.
I checked for updates, but after the blue bar finished loading, I still couldn’t enter the game.
