They have had two recent updates for cyyz, neither of them for fs2024, but the airport has a few issues when I looked. (Double runway textures on some runways and snow on aprons but not on grass., stuff like that. So maybe fs2024 compatibility is an issue. Idk.
FlyTampa’s KLAS + Vegas Strip packages is 5.35GB. It may well simply be too large as-is to be streamed.
I fired up the sim last night and saw that a big chunk of my sceneries had shown up as available. I then made the rookie mistake of enabling everything at once.
I Restarted the sum and, yep…stuck at 96%.
So back to safe mode and I guess I’ll be bringing them in one by one. 
So far I think the seafront stuff is a bit problematic.
I’ve got Global shipping, Vessels SE and Vessels Balearics, and it seems that at least one isn’t playing nice.
Good to see things appearing though.
Found out the hard way it’s global vessels causing the issues don’t enable it I had to manually create a new folder emptied and place it on the community to get acces to the sim again but yep that is the culprit and any other vessel packages affiliated

Yeah - Ideally we wouldn’t need the global one anymore, but I dont think I’ve seen a single ship in 2024 yet.
I had activated all possible airports and airplanes 2 days ago, scrolling the entire list.
Today (Jan 1st) I noticed the BAE46 and a bunch of airports appeared as available and I could enable them. I can’t tell if they were previously streamed then deactivated or if they just appeared in my Library. Strangely this happens on Jan1st, not sure there is anyone validating and pushing library content today.
Anyone with similar experience?
Things are still being added over time so check back to see if you can activate more plugins.
I don’t understand why I can’t enable Aerosoft EBBR from my library when they’ve came out and said it’s compatible. The #1 frustration from all of this is the fact that there’s been zero communication from MS/Asobo.
Does it work if you enable it in the Content.xml? It works for Aerosoft’s ENVA and LFTZ here.

A good thought, but nope- it’s not showing up at all within the Content.xml.
What does it say in the Library (marketplace)?
Do you by chance have a copy or a link to a copy of FS2020 Marketplace EBBR in your FS2024 Community folder? If so it is not compatible with FS2024 (and won’t show in the sim) because of DRM/encryption, HOWEVER it will block FS2024 from enabling the streamable version of EBBR in FS2024. So if you want to stream it, remove any local FS2020 content you may have copied over to try out from your FS2024 Community folder first. Then enable it for streaming in FS2024 and reboot sim.
Note on FS2020 encrypted files-
If any of the add on folders from FS2020 contain any files with a .fsarchive’ file type, they are encrypted and of no use in FS2024 by manual copying them to FS2024 community folder. They are DRM’d to be used in FS2020 only. In order to get local copies of FS2024 add ons, we’d need to be able to download them again. Which will only happen when marketplace is released.

I deleted MSFS 2020 completely a few weeks ago- so that simulator isn’t installed on my machine anymore.
Did you delete all your marketplace content along with it though? Or did you at some point copy over or use add on linker to link any old content into 2024 community folder.
I copied a lot of fs2020 marketplace content out of Official and into an organised file structure and used add on linker to linknstuff back in in fs2020 and if you try that in fs2024 with fs2020 content it wint work with marketplace purchases.

Are you doing this in 2024 from the marketplace? If so, that’s why it’s not available. None of the marketplace airports from 2020 are available yet. They were a few weeks ago but were taken down due to the issues with some not being compatible and caused the sim to lock up at the load up screen.
Some are (still) available, not all, but some. For example, I had my Deauville (LFRG) and Half Moon Bay (KHAF).
Anyone been able to get the MP version of the XF-11 to show up? Enabled it in streaming after a fresh reinstall this early morning. Currently doing a restart so this post may be moot in about 4 minutes
Not true. The last patch quietly re-enabled at least some content for many of us. I currently have access to every one of my FS2020 Marketplace airports save one, FlyTampa’s Las Vegas strip + KLAS package. That one if 5.35GB on disk, however, so I strongly suspect package size is too large to enable for streaming, which is why it doesn’t even show up.
But plenty of others do: Drziewiecki’s KDCA, KMDW and Chicago Landmarks; Orbx’s KBUR, KAVX, KSBA, and KSJC, FlyTampa’s KBOS and LGAV, etc. All of those are currently available for me in FS2024 and seem to work great.
