There are only 97GB to Download but there is written in the left picture of the standard pack that there should have 110GB. was the downlaod size downgraded by an update?

There will be another 25+ GB to download from the Content Manager afterwards for Premium Deluxe owners.

It goes up and down. It has been as high as 120-130Gb for the same download ; what you are downloading is the game plus updates that have been released since. Every so often this is consolidated into a new single download, hence it goes back to 100Gb or so, the default download size.
Also, the extra 13Gb or so is the standard free downloads that you download via the content manager, most of which is scenery stuff I think
They trimed the initial file size to the 90 some gig, mark and then put everything else into the content manager, so you can download it at a later date. The good thing is you dont have to install everything in the content manager for the game to run… ;p
