There was no update for the FS2020. So no way to introduce new bugs.

How do I change sim rate?
It depends. There are controls functions, you can use addons or external tools.
But maybe you should analyse upfront, if the simrate can be increased. There are several reasons why the simrate cannot be changed, e. g. Addons or bush trips or missions and so on
